DCN Welcomes New Executive Committee Members and Officers to Drive Continued Innovation and Industry Advocacy
Charleston, SC – (February 7, 2024) – Digital Content Next (DCN), the only trade association exclusively dedicated to trusted, high-quality digital content brands, announced updates to its 2024 Executive Committee after convening members in Charleston, SC at the 22 Annual DCN Next: Summit.
DCN’s Executive Committee, seasoned professionals who bring a wealth of experience and insight to the organization, enhance DCN’s ability to address crucial issues affecting various business sectors within the digital media landscape. In the 22 years since DCN launched, it has served as a strategic partner for its membership through educational events, industry-leading research and exploring opportunities for revenue growth. The organization has actively engaged in shaping the discourse within the media and legislative spheres, working tirelessly to ensure a robust future for the news and entertainment industry.
DCN remains committed to shedding light on intricate subjects such as privacy, policy, and dispelling misconceptions in the rapidly evolving digital marketplace. The digital business leaders representing their companies on DCN’s Board and Executive Committee reflect the membership’s diverse perspectives and expertise to navigate the challenges and opportunities in the ever-changing landscape of digital media.

The 2024 Executive Committee officers, elected at a members-only board meeting on February 7, are:
- Chair: Jon Slade, Chief Commercial Officer, Financial Times;
- Vice Chair: Rebecca Grossman-Cohen, SVP, Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO, The New York Times;
- Treasurer: Sheri Bachstein, CEO, The Weather Company; and
- Secretary: Rafael Urbina-Quintero, Chief Operating Officer of ViX, TelevisaUnivision.
Newly elected members of the DCN Executive Committee are:
- Julia Beizer, Chief Digital Officer, Bloomberg Media;
- Dan Check, CEO, Slate Media Group;
- Seth Ladetsky, SVP, Integrated Advertising Sales & Head of Sports Digital Revenue Strategy, Warner Bros. Discovery; and
- Joseph Rosenfeld, SVP, Partnerships for Dow Jones, News Corp.
Continuing as an Executive Committee member is Stephanie Mehta, CEO and Chief Content Officer, Mansueto Ventures.
Special advisors to DCN are Pam Wasserstein, President, Vox Media and Sean Mario, SVP, Digital Revenue and Business Development, WebMD Health.
