DESCRIPTION:Agenda: Review and Discussion of AI legislation \nWe will review a handful of the prominent AI legislative proposals currently being considered in Congress as well as a proposal for a federal misappropriation law. Our hope is to sharpen DCN’s perspective on ways that Congress can be helpful in further protecting publishers’ original content and ensuring that AI companies are properly incentivized to seek licensing deals for publishers’ content. \nThe DCN Legal and Legislative Committee’s monthly virtual meetings summarize and comment on important policy\, legal\, and legislative news surrounding digital content. \nThis is a free event for DCN members.  The unique\, members-only attendee list allows for open conversation\, information sharing and networking .  Please feel free to share this invitation to colleagues within your organization.
